Hello readers, not that I have any at this moment since its the first post I'm ever making but I know that soon there will be some.
Today I caught myself thinking about what have I been doing lately with my life, if I'm having a meaningful life, if I am where I want to be, and I just got the answer in my mind as no, and I wont lie, that did not surprised me at all.
Some of you should be thinking right now, "Why?" but to answer that I will need to tell a little about myself and how have been my life till this point.
Promise I will make it short.
Well I always had a easy life, not really easy if you analyse it but have nothing to complain about, always had a nice and supportive family, my mom always took me to the church and I grow up knowing about GOD and Jesus, my dad always been more than a good example, I have studied well, started working at the age of 16 while still in high school and that helped me to start properly said my life and also make good friends that I will keep for the rest of my life, also in this work one day while using the internet I found the love of my life to who I`m married right now.
Not wanting to make things longer , I may tell more about the story later, the point is, I've been always blessed, have seen miracles, small ones, big ones, everyday ones, and even though I try hard to remember myself to look up and say thanks GOD for everything, I know there is something else I know HE wants me to do. And today I think I may have found something I can do, and for that reason I'm starting this blog today, to try to get to know more about GOD myself and share my experiences with others, and also to give a place where people can also share their experiences, because you never know, maybe GOD wants that experience to show someone that HE`s there and wants to help.
And for starting I want to share one of the biggest miracles I had in my life, I just came to united states after marrying, and like I said I've met my wife over the internet about 5 years ago. As you all should know to find a partner for life that is caring, loyal, well the person that you normally dream about, outside a dream isn't easy, even more if that person is from a different country. Well, I want to go back in time some few years more, when I was a kid, around the age of 10 years old, when my dad got me my first video game that for a long time I had been bugging him about it, then when I started playing that video game I discovered something very interesting, that I knew English. Like I said I just came to the US, I never had English classes, not till the high school and believe me, it did not added much to what I already knew. Well for a long time I have used that blessing in the only way I could, to play games; till I started working and one day few time after my boss decided to put internet in the office I decided to enter one online game to try out my writing (English) and in that day I found a lady that was in a hurry to go somewhere in the game and I just happened to say hello, and as you know everything starts with hello :P, from that day on, around 5 years ago, we never stopped talking to each other, first we became friends, best friends, then we discovered we was in love, then I went to meet her and her family first time, then she went to meet my family, we got married and here we are.
Ok, now you should be thinking, whats the big point on telling all this.
Well, I want to let you know by this example of what happened to me, that GOD do have a plan for our life,
in my case, I've always had all I ever needed but my family did not had that much money for me to study english, but our great GOD knew that I would find the love of my life very far in this world and that I wouldn't be able to do so without knowing english and for that reason HE gave me this gift.
GOD tells us in the bible that, in Jeremiah, 29:11:
For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
And in Philipians 4:19:
And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
So believe when HE says HE have good things planned for your life and will provide all you needs in order for you to achieve if you allow HIM to, giving your life to HIM, and wait on HIM.
